The stay had its ups and downs. while the location was convenient and the kitchen was a great feature, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirty utensils and a poorly maintained bathroom. There were also some rude interactions with staff that added to the disappointment.

So I booked this place thinking it would be a decent stay. Got to my room, and the toilet was broken. I had to fix it myself with some makeshift stuff! Also, the place was kinda messy, like overflowing trash cans and smelly. The front desk was closed when I needed help. On the plus side, there was a nice little cafe nearby that I loved!

We really enjoyed the spacious Studio with 2 Double Beds Non-Smoking, especially the quiet nights that allowed the kids to rest peacefully. The front desk staff was friendly, making check-in a breeze and offering helpful tips for local attractions.

My kids wished for more family-friendly activities at the hotel.

This was just a smart choice for a lightning stop in Santa Rosa with good value. Just make sure to bring your own kitchen supplies since they might not have what you need available.
